We accept PDF, AI, PSD, PNG, and high-resolution JPG files for printing. Files should be at least 300 DPI for best print quality.
Most printing orders take 2–5 business days depending on product type and quantity.
Orders can be cancelled only before the printing production process begins. Once printing has started, cancellation is not possible.
Yes. After your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS so you can track your shipment.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will review the issue and provide a replacement if necessary.
