The minimum order quantity is 500 pieces.
We offer DL Wallet Envelopes (220 × 110 mm), the standard format for A4 documents folded in thirds. This is the most widely used size for business letters, invoices, and corporate correspondence.
1 Spot Colour is the default and most cost-effective option, ideal for single-colour logos and designs. Full Colour (CMYK) is also available for more complex, photographic, or multi-colour artwork.
The blue security pattern is printed inside the envelope to prevent the contents from being seen through the paper. Envelopes with the blue security pattern also come with a peel & seal adhesive strip for easy, no-lick sealing. Without this option, envelopes are supplied without peel & seal.
Yes — a window option is available. The window allows the recipient's name and address printed on the letter inside to show through, eliminating the need to address envelopes separately.
No — borderless solid colour backgrounds are not available for envelopes. Please leave a 1 cm border on all sides. Vector PDF artwork is required; metallic and fluorescent colours are not supported.
Please submit a vector PDF file with all fonts outlined. For 1 Spot Colour jobs, artwork must use solid Pantone colours. For Full Colour jobs, use CMYK. All important content should be at least 1 cm from the edge of the envelope.
For orders of 500 – 2,000 pcs, four speeds are available: Fastest (1–2 business days), Fast (3 business days), Standard (5 business days), and Cheapest (8 business days). For 3,000 – 5,000 pcs, Fastest is not available. For 10,000 – 20,000 pcs, only Standard and Cheapest are available.
